Collecting and Archiving as Creative Process
Assignment 1: Compile 15 images that together form a collection. Load the images on to the blog.
Provide a critique of each collection. Title your collection in the title field and make sure you add your byline (your name). For example: Wildlife Eating Orange Foods by Onetwo Three
Key questions to address in crits:
1. How cohesive is the collection?
2. Unity: How is the collection unified? Composition, subject matter, concept, etc.
3. Variety: Too much or not enough?

i thought it was nice when i saw it in class. Another creative idea. the pictures are really active just like the bands imply (i guess, i've never seen them before so i'm going off the pictures themselves). nice job
ReplyDeleteGood variety and solid unifying thread, no pun intended.
ReplyDeleteNice job, unified concept. Definitely portrays an active, fun lifestyle.
ReplyDeleteMy favorites were the ones showing kids doing "kid stuff" while wearing the bracelets, like the boy about to throw the football and the the two on the scooters. It really ties the silly bands into their world.
